Real People, Real Results

We started BlazeChargeFlow because we got tired of seeing software projects fail due to poor testing. Six years later, we're still here solving the same problems with better approaches.

How We Actually Started

Back in 2019, our founder Thanakit was working at a fintech company in Bangkok when their mobile app launched with a critical payment bug that went undetected for three weeks. The testing process was rushed, documentation was scattered, and nobody had a clear picture of what was actually being tested.

"That incident cost the company over 2 million baht in refunds and damaged relationships. I realized the problem wasn't just bad testing — it was the complete absence of systematic test case development."

So he started BlazeChargeFlow with a simple idea: create comprehensive test cases before the chaos begins. We focus on the unglamorous but essential work of mapping out every scenario, documenting every edge case, and executing tests methodically.

Most consulting firms promise quick fixes. We don't. Good testing takes time, requires attention to detail, and often reveals problems nobody wants to acknowledge. But our clients stay with us because we help them avoid those expensive surprises down the road.

What We Actually Do

Testing isn't glamorous, but it prevents disasters. Here's what six years of experience has taught us about building reliable systems.

Test Case Architecture

We design test suites that grow with your system. Every case is documented with clear preconditions, steps, and expected results. No guesswork, no shortcuts. When new features are added, the testing framework is already there.

Scenario Planning

Users will do unexpected things with your software. We map out the edge cases, integration points, and failure modes that often get overlooked. It's methodical work that saves you from emergency patches later.

Execution Strategy

Having good test cases means nothing if they're not executed properly. We build testing schedules that fit your development cycle, train your team on the process, and establish clear criteria for release decisions.

Risk Assessment

Not all bugs are created equal. We help prioritize testing efforts based on business impact, user experience, and technical complexity. Focus your resources where they matter most.

The Person Behind the Process

Thanakit spent eight years in enterprise software development before starting BlazeChargeFlow. He's worked on everything from banking systems to e-commerce platforms, and learned that most project failures stem from inadequate testing preparation.

His approach is methodical rather than flashy. While other consultants talk about automation and AI, Thanakit focuses on building solid foundations — comprehensive test cases, clear documentation, and execution processes that actually work in real business environments.

Track Record

  • Led testing initiatives for 47 software projects across Thailand
  • Developed test case frameworks for fintech, healthcare, and retail systems
  • Reduced critical bugs in production by average of 73% for long-term clients
  • Created standardized testing processes now used by 12 development teams
  • Certified in ISTQB Advanced Level Test Management

Our team has grown to include specialists in automated testing, performance analysis, and security validation. But the core philosophy remains the same: thorough preparation prevents expensive problems.
