How We Actually Started
Back in 2019, our founder Thanakit was working at a fintech company in Bangkok when their mobile app launched with a critical payment bug that went undetected for three weeks. The testing process was rushed, documentation was scattered, and nobody had a clear picture of what was actually being tested.
"That incident cost the company over 2 million baht in refunds and damaged relationships. I realized the problem wasn't just bad testing — it was the complete absence of systematic test case development."
So he started BlazeChargeFlow with a simple idea: create comprehensive test cases before the chaos begins. We focus on the unglamorous but essential work of mapping out every scenario, documenting every edge case, and executing tests methodically.
Most consulting firms promise quick fixes. We don't. Good testing takes time, requires attention to detail, and often reveals problems nobody wants to acknowledge. But our clients stay with us because we help them avoid those expensive surprises down the road.
